A commerce graduate, Sujith Aradhya has been in the advertising industry for over 9 years. Much of it, spent at Triton’s Mumbai and Bengaluru offices handling over 30+ brands.

Sujith’s journey at Triton started with him joining as Manager - Brand Services. His dedication to his clients’ brands over the years has seen him entrusted with further responsibility and he now heads the Bengaluru Branch of Triton Communications in his capacity as Branch Director.

Prior to joining Triton, Sujith worked in a number of diverse fields ranging from Product Development, Private Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Marketing. Eureka Forbes, Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, The Golden Chariot and The State Bank Of Mysore being some of the brands to have gained from his experienced touch.

Pankaj Arora has been involved with the world of advertising for over 19 years. Today, he is Executive Director of Triton Communications and heads its Mumbai office.

Over the course of his career, Pankaj has worked at Contract, Lowe Lintas, Grey Worldwide and Publicis Ambience prior to joining Triton. His core expertise being the FMCG, Healthcare and the Service categories, Pankaj is equally adept at handling anything thrown at him. His understanding of the business has always been an asset to his clients.

Pepsodent, Parachute, Vicks, Eureka Forbes and Set Wet are just some of the brands that Pankaj has worked with over the years.

Munawar Syed

Having spent over 40 years in the industry, Munawar Syed has a very deep understanding about what it takes to make an agency tick. Previously, Munawar was Managing Director and President of Everest Advertising Pvt. Ltd. A challenge he thoroughly relished prior to launching Triton. He is actively associated with the Advertising Standards Council of India and is also a faculty member on several post-graduate institutes of advertising and marketing.

Rohit Madhusudan

Rohit Madhusudan heads the New Delhi branch of Triton Communications as its Branch Director.

With a vast chest of knowledge gained over 14 years of experience, Rohit is deft at exploring potential opportunities for his clients. Opportunities that have often resulted in profitable business ventures across geographically and demographically varied markets.

Prior to joining Triton, Rohit worked on Quaker Oats, Nikon, Ranbaxy, UNICEF, Kerala Tourism and many more brands at Law and Kenneth, Grey Worldwide and RK Swamy BBDO during various stages of his career.

Ali Merchant

A fully qualified lawyer, Ali Merchant discovered his real passion lay in arguing a products case to its prospective user rather than pleading in a court of law. The rest as they say, is history.

Always one with a relentless focus on building his clients’ businesses, Ali, has overseen the evolution of many leading international and Indian brands in his 35+ years in the industry. Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, National (Japan), Brooke Bond, Eureka Forbes, Adani, YES BANK, Force Motors, Wagh Bakri and Karnataka Tourism to name a few.

Prior to launching Triton, Ali was Deputy Managing Director of Everest Advertising Pvt. Ltd., after having gained valuable experience at Bozell and Jacobs (USA) and Saatchi & Saatchi (UK).

Ali is keenly involved in the International Advertising Association and the Rotary Club of Bombay. He is also a member of the managing committee for the Council of Fair Business Practices.

Renton D'Sousa

Renton D’Sousa is the Chief Executive Officer & National Creative Director of Triton Communications. Renton started his advertising career at MCTP – II, Ahmedabad. A career spread over 30 years that also saw him spend time at Contract and Lowe Lintas before eventually joining Triton Communications in 2002. Steadily helping build brands on the strength of his creative and business acumen.

Though Renton has been on the jury for the ABBYs several times, he personally believes that the real value of creative work is measured on the market share it can create for the brand. An expert at mass marketing, Renton loves the challenge of shifting market share from his client’s competitors to the benefit of his clients.

Some of his most memorable advertising campaigns are Clinic –Princess, Ladka Bana Do, Aquaguard – Yeh Jal Amrit, Jeevan, Dhan…, Paani Ka Doctor, ICICI Life Insurance – Sindoor, Set Wet – Very, Very Sexy, and NECC – Jo Andae Roz Khate Hain Who Hatte Khatte Hotae Hain, Greaves Cotton – Happy Engineering, Bloomberg – The Original Source, Kingfisher – Blue Freedom, Moov – Maa Sab Kaam Kyun Karti Hai, etc.

Mayur Rana

Mayur Rana is Associate Executive Director of Triton Communications and handles the day-to-day operation of its Ahmedabad Office.

Mayur believes in building long-standing relationships and his relationship with advertising is no different. 22 exciting years in the industry – as he tends to put it. Mayur’s journey into the world of advertising kicked off at Mudra, followed by a brief stint at Contract Advertising. Formative years spent gaining valuable experience working on diverse product categories such as Fashion, Cosmetics, Telecom, Food & Beverage and Textiles among others.

In 1997, Mayur joined Triton as Senior Group Manager and has grown with the agency ever since.

Sainath Iyer

Sainath Iyer is recognised as a leading name in Media Planning in the country. His formidable reputation born out of his 26+ years of experience in the industry. Most of which, 17 years to be exactly precise, were spent in expanding and growing the Lintas Media Business.

Prior to joining Triton, Sainath was President of Zee Telefilms where his responsibilities included Market Research, Corporate Communication and Profit Centre for Events, Zee Cinema and Zee Music. Under his watchful gaze, Zee Telefilms quickly emerged as one of the major players in the national mediascape. During his time there, Sainath launched the Zee Marathi and Bengali channels, the Zee Sangeet Awards and the Alpha Gaurav Awards for Zee Marathi.

Over the years, Sainath has worked numerous brands spread over different categories. Hindustan Lever, Johnson & Johnson, Kwality Walls, Siemens, Bajaj Auto and Kissan being some amongst them. Sainath has also been associated with NRS, IRS and INTAM technical committee during the span of his career.

Mahesh Manjawala

Mahesh Manjawala has been an advertising professional for over 34 years. Currently, he is Executive Director of Triton Communications and also heads its Ahmedabad office.

Mahesh started his career as a Management Trainee with Ahmed Mills before his switch to the demanding world of advertising. His first job in advertising was as a Trainee Executive at Everest Advertising. In 1993, he parted ways with Everest as an Account Director and joined SCA Logistics as CEO.

In 1997, Mahesh joined the Triton family as Vice President. Bringing with him a wealth of experience in building brands. Natraj Pencils, EverYuth, Fortune Refined Oils, J.K. Helene Curtis, Vadilal and Wagh Bakri are just some of the brands that have benefited from Mahesh’s incisive inputs.

Vivek Kher

Vivek Kher has over 27 years of experience in Marketing, Media Sales and Brand Management. His rich body of experience helping him in his role as Regional Business Director of Triton Communications.

Prior to joining Triton, Vivek spent time at The Indian Express Group, Mudra Communications and Suzlon Energy among others. His tenure at Suzlon Energy resulting in the transformation of Suzlon from an unknown Indian wind energy company to a formidable and highly visible global brand in the wind energy space.

Vivek has over the years of his career provided valuable inputs to many brands other than those already mentioned. Kinetic Honda, Mother’s Recipe, Nirlep, Black & Decker and Veritas being some amongst them.
